Where to find it
Click Financing in the sidebar — it's the second tab, right after Summary.
What you can configure
- Loan type — fixed-rate or floating-rate (with SOFR spread). The app fetches the current SOFR rate automatically.
- Loan terms — LTV, interest rate, amortization period, loan term, interest-only period
- Seller financing — optional secondary financing from the seller
- Sources & Uses — auto-computed from your deal inputs, showing equity required, loan proceeds, and total uses
Amortization schedule
The tab includes an interactive monthly amortization schedule with a year slider. See principal vs. interest breakdown, remaining balance, and cumulative interest paid for each month of the loan.
